HOT / ICE WATER BAGS

A hiking buddy had one of these hot water bags on our South West Coastal Path trip and they were absolutely brilliant  So much more comfortable than a traditional hot water bottle.  I also like the multi-functional use where you can fill it up with cold water from a stream and place on an injured knee etc.  There are three in the pack, but I use the small one on my hiking trips.
