There is nothing worse than walking in cold, wet socks! I absolutely love my Waterproof socks (just purchased a new pair of Waterfly socks here) but even waterproof socks eventually wet out if you spend hours in the rain. If you are on a backpacking trail and camping, then it is extremely difficult to dry out those wet socks each night. In the video below, I am going to share with you one of my little “sock drying” secrets.
In true Blue Peter style, you will need:-
- A 3″ piece of cardboard with a hole in it.
- Some gaffer or duct tape.
- Two balloons
- A chamois leather cloth
