Charity Fun Days

Each August we hold a local Charity Treasure Hunt which is fun for all ages. The questions are challenging for the adults, but finding the flower pots is great for the youngsters.

Halloween Haunt

Our Halloween Haunts just get better and better every year. Laughing with friends is great for our mental health and raising money for SHOUT at the same time ticks a few boxes.

Release that inner child

If we see something on a walk then we encourage you to release that inner child. Have a go on that swing in the woods, a multi-gym park is good fun for adults. “Race you to that snail sculpture”.

Yoga and Meditation

A number of our members are qualified Yoga and wellness instructors. We often have Yoga walks and are developing our retreats for the future.
