After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on your next steps. You’ll also be invited to join the trip’s dedicated WhatsApp group and given access to your personalised travel plan app.

Please ensure you have suitable travel insurance at the time of booking. This trip is non-refundable once full payment is made, unless a replacement can be found.

🧳 Tips & Advice

  • What to pack: Cappadocia can be chilly in the mornings and warm by midday, so pack layers. Walking shoes with good grip are essential. A full packing list will be provided in your trip plan after your deposit is paid.
  • Fitness level: You’ll need to be of a reasonable fitness level to enjoy this full-on experience. Expect walking tours, hikes, and active excursions.
  • Currency advice: We recommend bringing at least £100 worth of Turkish currency (or Euros). Card payments are accepted in most places, but cash is useful for local markets and tips.
  • Travel insurance: Please ensure your travel insurance is up to date and covers adventure activities such as hot air ballooning and quad biking.
  • WhatsApp group: Once you’ve booked, you’ll be added to our dedicated WhatsApp group where the countdown to your adventure begins! It’s also where we’ll share updates, tips, and excitement as the trip approaches.

This trip is ideal for adventurous spirits who love culture, scenic views, and a bit of adrenaline. You don’t need to be super fit, but you’ll enjoy the experience more if you’re comfortable walking 3–4 miles at a time.

If you want to conquer a fear such as heights or claustrophobia then this is 100% the trip for you. We have your back!

Note, the flight details from the UK will be uploaded to the trip plan once they have been released. We will look to fly with Wizz Air from Luton.

Most definitely! I guarantee that you will not be the only solo person on this event. Many of our travellers come alone and leave with new friends.

Yes, just let us know if this is your intention and we will arrange where and when to meet up with the group.

If you intend to go shopping, please remember there is a 15kg weight limit on the internal domestic flight. I would recommend bringing a minimum of £150 in cash.
