From Roade to the Grand Union Canal

Join Paul for a relaxed circular ride of approximately 8.6 miles, starting in Roade and heading towards Stoke Bruerne.

We’ll follow a mixture of quiet roads and bridleways before picking up the Grand Union Canal towpath at Stoke Bruerne and looping back towards our starting point.

At under 10 miles, this is a 🟢 Gentle Ride, making it a good option if you’re building your cycling confidence, returning to your bike after a break or simply fancy a shorter social ride.

We’ll ride together, regroup when needed and enjoy the journey rather than worrying about speed.

Where possible, we’ll stop at a café along the way — because good conversations and good coffee are part of the adventure.
