Fancy trying something completely different?

Join Adventure Geek at Aerial Stilettos for a brilliant Bungee Fitness session. Using a harness and bungee system, this is your chance to bounce, move and exercise in a way that’s a lot more fun than a conventional workout.

Aerial Stilettos specialises in alternative fitness and welcomes people of different abilities and fitness levels, so you don’t need to be an aerial expert to join the fun.

Expect laughter, movement and probably a few moments where you wonder why normal exercise doesn’t involve more bouncing.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable fitness clothing
  • Trainers
  • Water
  • Hair tied back if appropriate
  • A willingness to try something new!

I’d also mention that participants should follow any clothing, jewellery and safety instructions provided by Aerial Stilettos on the day.
