Come and join us for a wonderfully relaxing evening at The Roade House Yoga Studio. We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle Qigong before settling down for a 60-minute sound bath using Shamanic drums, gongs and singing bowls.

This is all about slowing down, switching off and enjoying some time for yourself. No experience is needed – just come along, get comfortable and relax.
