Welcome

Switch off from the outside world and enjoy a relaxing evening of Qigong and sound therapy at The Roade House Yoga Studio.

The session begins with a few minutes of gentle Qigong before settling down for a 60-minute sound bath using Shamanic drums, gongs and singing bowls. It’s designed to encourage relaxation, mindfulness and a little time simply to stop.

What to Expect

The sound bath lasts around 60 minutes, with gentle Qigong at the beginning. Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring pillows and blankets to make yourself cosy during the session.
