Welcome
Give your walking muscles a bit of TLC with an afternoon yoga session designed especially for hikers. This gentle but strengthening class focuses on flexibility, balance and mobility, particularly through the hips, legs and back.
It’s ideal whether you want to keep your body trail-ready or simply stretch out and unwind after your latest adventure. All equipment is provided, so just turn up and enjoy.
What to Expect
The session includes gentle movement and standing poses, which should be performed barefoot or wearing grip socks.
Mats, blocks, bricks, blankets and bolsters are provided, although you’re welcome to bring your own. The studio is heated, but bring a layer for the relaxation part of the session. Water is available at the studio.
